100% Pro-Life from Conception, Steel Strong 2nd Amendment Rights, Religous Liberty, Freedom of Speech for All.  These are just some attributes that are not negotiable in a potential candidate. 

Election laws are complex and penalties for non compliance are Draconian. The party insists that candidates read and understand all applicable directives of Florida state law. Candidate is responsible for paying any Florida state filing fees for office.

Candidate must be registered as Constitution Party within the state of Florida.
